Deposits and withdrawals

To deposit and withdraw, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click on "Deposits & Withdrawals". A popup window will appear from which you can perform any Deposit and Withdrawal or transfer funds from your Portal account to the other accounts related to the services we offer using the "Interaccount" button.
  3. To make a deposit, click "Deposit", choose your preferred method of payment and insert the amount you wish to deposit.
  4. To make a withdrawal, click "Withdrawal", choose your preferred method of payment and insert the amount you wish to withdraw. Withdrawals must be requested via the same method chosen upon deposit. If you plan to use a different withdrawal method than the one used to deposit or if the amount you requested is not available through that method, please contact our Customer Support.
  5. To transfer your available funds between wallets, click on "Interaccount" and follow the on screen instructions. Simply remember that all deposits and withdrawals are processed through the Portal section of your gaming account. You may move the funds to the various wallets according to the services you choose to use, and then back again to cash out.
  6. Bear in mind that you can only withdraw through the Portal, so you will need to move your available funds into the Portal section of your wallet before you are able to withdraw.
